This September, every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, experience Yoga and Sound Healing sessions surrounded by the nature of Lopota Lake Resort &amp; Spa.Led by Skyler, an American instructor with 15 years of experience, the sessions are based on Vinyasa yoga and incorporate elements of Hatha, breathwork, and sound therapy - creating a calming experience designed to restore both body and mind.
