To ensure payment for all guests staying in a hotel room, each hotel guest is asked for a credit card or deposit upon arrival. In order to ensure that you do not exceed your credit limit during your stay, we produce a credit limit report multiple times a day for the purposes of verifying whether your credit limit has been exceeded. These credit limit reports may contain your Personal Data. Please note that in limited circumstances these credit limit reports may be subject to one of our internal financial audits and may therefore be accessed by members of our internal audit department, in order to ensure that our hotel follow the Lopota\u2019s internal guidelines and policies.<\/span><\/p>\n
